Intellego Launches the World’s First UVC Dosimeter for Far UV-C (222 nm) Devices

STOCKHOLM (July 13, 2021) — Intellego Technologies today announced the forthcoming launch of a new colorimetric dose indicator designed for Far UV-C devices. The product, identified as UVC222-Dots, are intended for use with Far UV-C excimer lamps and will color-indicate UV-C doses ranging from 5 to 150 mJ/cm² when exposed to 222 nm.

“Our new 222 Dots will be the first product to provide visible evidence and verification of FAR UV-C disinfection cycles,” said Intellego Technologies CEO Claes Lindahl. “This is a very exciting expansion of our catalog of UVC dosimeters and is only the first of several dosimeters for the 222 nm marketplace we are developing.”
